Azrael is the regent of  Pluto, ruling  Tuesday and Scorpio with Camael.  Pluto is the planet of  providence and Azrael works unceasingly to help the transformation of humanity as a whole.  He contends with such dangerous responses to the energy of Pluto as fanaticism and totalitarianism.
