The great Angel of Mercy is Archangel Gabriel, who can always be
called upon to intercede on behalf of us or others when we
are in need. There are other angels, however, who have specific
dominion over certain phenomena, such as natural disasters. These
angels can be invoked to mitigate the destruction such disasters can
cause, and to protest those threatened by them. Yet other angels
can provide the relief these disasters necessitate. Some
people who have certain abilities and qualities, are said to be able to
aid the assisting angels while in their astral bodies. May more
of us aspire to such magical charity.
